The district will kick off the first day of school with chapel at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church at 8:00am in the main sanctuary. Coffee, juice, and donuts will be provided in the PVBC commons at 7:30am along with photo opportunities. After chapel, all pre-school thru 5th graders will returnto their respective campuses for prayer with the parents in their classrooms. Secondary students (6th thru 12th grades) will pray with their community and parents in the PVBC sanctuary. 6th thru 8th grade students will remain at PVBC for the remainder of the day. 9th thru 12th grade students will go off campus to the William Jewell ground course (transportation provided). All secondary students should bring a sack lunch and wear closed-toed shoes. They will be released for pick up at PVBC by 2:30pm.
